That candy bar, donut, french fries, cake, coke, sweet tea, etc. is only keeping you from what you want. STOP EATING THE SHIT!!!
Facts:
No one is "meant" to be fat.
You are not weak or undeserving. You are being ruled by bad habits.
Habits are stronger than willpower.
Habits are stronger than common sense.
It takes 30 days to make/break a habit.
So what do you do? You FORCE YOURSELF BY GRITTING YOUR TEETH AND SUFFERING for 30 days. The bad news is that some suffering is inevitable. The good news is that it's short term, and it eventually stops!

Hey this sucks but if I keep on doing it, it will suck less.
When you make the same decision long enough, it becomes what you do and who you are.
When you are faced with a craving or wanting a food that is unhealthy, use the following technique: "Oh well, it's not on my plan." and then GET OVER IT!!!
Is it a struggle? Hell yea! Everything in life worth having is a struggle. Where is it written that the good stuff in life comes easy?!?!? Are you going to fail along the way? Yes. That is a foregone conclusion. Every skinny, lean, muscular person falls off the wagon. But what makes them different and special is that afterwards they get back up and start over again.
When you look good, you feel good. The only way to look good is to quit eating crap. Eating crap makes you feel like crap, and look like crap lol. Eating healthy makes you feel healthy.
A year from now you'll wish you started today!!!

HA HA HA... my sister said she set her goal for each month and if that day of the month comes and she hasn't reached her monthly goal she was going to make herself eat dog food... so that she would think about it thru out the month and do her best on her diet!!!
